love the colours you've selected and the fact the face is limited to two colours. The calm unmoved expression is a great contrast to the fish's contorted, almost writing lines.
Wonderful economy of line - letting the viewer's mind fill in shoulders and shirt.
The hands balance the picture, but by their orientation create an arresting twisting animation to the act of de-gutting.
